Our second day is our high ropes day - a trek through local rainforest,
rubber and tea plantations bring the students to the top of Sandun Ella
Waterfall, a spectacular location with stunning views of the mountains in the
distance.
The descent down the waterfall is around 80ft (20 meters) and for some
students represents a real challenge, overcoming a fear of heights, and even
for those for who a fear of heights is not a problem, that first step over the
ledge, will make the pulse race a little faster and, perhaps even without
realising, sweat a little more!
